Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Intevoke (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Intevoke. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Intevoke is not intended for minors.
3. Description of service
Intevoke is a decision reflection tool operated by Intevoke LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. The Mirror surfaces patterns in how you reason under pressure. It does not provide therapy, coaching, counseling, clinical assessment, financial advice, legal advice, medical advice, or professional advice of any kind. All Mirror reflections are generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic’s Claude API) and are for self-awareness purposes only. You should not rely on Mirror output as a substitute for professional guidance in any domain. The Mirror may be wrong. Its reflections are possibilities, not certainties. You are the authority on your own experience. If a reflection does not fit, it does not fit. If content you submit indicates you may be in crisis or at risk of harm to yourself or others, the Service may display crisis resources and support information including emergency service numbers. The Service does not contact emergency services on your behalf. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
4. User accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account or use another person’s account without permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the Mirror’s prompts, methodology, or underlying system; submit content designed to manipulate, test, or exploit Mirror outputs; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; interfere with other users’ access to the Service; scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Service; or resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without written permission from Intevoke LLC.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, text, prompts, scenario library, pattern taxonomy, Mirror architecture, and underlying methodology, is the intellectual property of Intevoke LLC and is protected by copyright, trade secret, and trademark law. INTEVOKE, MIRROR NOT MAP, and COST AND APPLAUSE are trademarks of Intevoke LLC. Your session responses and Archive contents remain your property. By using the Service, you grant Intevoke LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to process your responses for the purpose of generating reflections, maintaining your Archive, and producing anonymised research insights as described in the Privacy Policy. This license does not transfer ownership of your content to Intevoke LLC.
7. Subscriptions and payments
Free accounts include 3 lifetime sessions with full Mirror functionality. Paid subscriptions (Archive at $15/month or $120/year; Annual at $180/year) are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Intevoke LLC reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers. Current subscription tiers are: Free (5 sessions lifetime); Archive ($15/month or $120/year); Annual + Profile ($180/year). Additional tiers may be added in future with advance notice to existing subscribers.
8. AI-generated content disclaimer
All Mirror reflections, pattern identifications, Origin Inquiry questions, and Intelligence Profile content are generated by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inapplicable to your specific situation. Intevoke LLC does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on or influenced by Mirror output.
9. Limitation of liability
Intevoke is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Intevoke LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages arising from decisions made after using the Mirror. In no event shall Intevoke LLC’s total liability exceed the amount you have paid to Intevoke LLC in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intevoke LLC, its founder, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights.
11. Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Wyoming, United States, or remotely at your election. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Intevoke LLC. This arbitration agreement does not prevent you from filing a complaint with any government agency.
12. Account deletion
You may request deletion of your account from the Account page or by contacting support@intevoke.com. Deletion is processed after a 30-day grace period, during which you may cancel the request. After 30 days, all data associated with your account is permanently removed, except for anonymised research data that has already been aggregated as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
