1. Who we are

Intevoke LLC (“Intevoke,” “we,” “us”) operates intevoke.com, a decision reflection platform. Intevoke LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. Contact: support@intevoke.com.

2. What we collect

When you use Intevoke, we collect: the email address you provide at registration; the text you write in response to scenarios; text you write through the real decision feature, which may include sensitive personal information about situations you are currently facing; Mirror reflection data generated from your responses; your Intelligence Archive (patterns, session history, practice loop outcomes); account preferences and subscription status; and anonymised usage data (session counts, completion rates, feature engagement). We treat all reasoning responses as sensitive personal data regardless of their content. This data is processed only for the purpose of generating your Mirror reflection and is not used for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

3. How we use your data

Your scenario responses are processed by artificial intelligence to generate your Mirror reflections. This processing is performed by Anthropic’s Claude API. Your responses are sent to Anthropic for processing and are subject to Anthropic’s privacy policy in addition to this one. Anthropic does not use API-submitted content to train its models. Your responses are processed for the purpose of generating your reflection only. We use your data to: generate Mirror reflections and pattern identification; maintain and display your Intelligence Archive; send transactional emails (welcome, Day 7 check-ins, Day 30 follow-ups); improve the quality and accuracy of the Mirror over time; and generate anonymised, aggregated research insights (see Section 8). If your response triggers our crisis detection system, this detection is processed to determine whether to display support resources to you. No crisis content is stored, shared, or used for any purpose other than displaying appropriate support resources in that session.

4. AI disclosure

Intevoke uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic’s Claude) to generate Mirror reflections, pattern identification, and Origin Inquiry questions. All AI-generated content in your sessions is produced by AI, not by a human reviewer. The Mirror does not provide therapy, coaching, clinical assessment, or professional advice of any kind. AI-generated reflections are for self-awareness purposes only.

5. Third-party services

We use the following categories of third-party services: AI processing (Anthropic — Claude API); authentication and database (Supabase); hosting and deployment (Vercel); DNS and security (Cloudflare); email delivery (to be configured); and payment processing (Stripe, when configured). Each service processes only the data necessary for its function. Their respective privacy policies govern their handling of your data.

6. Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption via Supabase (PostgreSQL). All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Session data, pattern records, and Archive contents are associated with your authenticated account and are not accessible to other users.

7. Your rights

Regardless of your location, you may: export your complete Archive as JSON from your Account page at any time; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your account and all associated data (processed within 30 days); and opt out of anonymised research use of your data (see Section 8). For EU/UK users (GDPR): you additionally have the right to access all personal data we hold about you; the right to data portability; the right to restrict or object to processing; and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. For California users (CCPA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used; the right to request deletion; and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@intevoke.com.

8. Research and anonymised data

Intevoke may use anonymised, aggregated data from sessions to study reasoning patterns across the user population, improve Mirror accuracy, and contribute to published research in decision science. Anonymised means: your name, email, and any identifying information are removed before analysis. No individual user can be identified from anonymised research data. You may opt out of having your anonymised data included in the research dataset by contacting support@intevoke.com. Opting out does not affect your access to the product.

9. Cookies and local storage

Intevoke uses: authentication cookies to maintain your logged-in session; and session cookies to maintain your current session state. Intevoke does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that share data with advertising networks. We do not track users across sites.

10. Children

Intevoke is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact support@intevoke.com and we will delete it.

11. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days of the end of the grace period. Anonymised research data that has already been aggregated prior to your deletion request is retained, as it cannot be linked back to your account.

12. International transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States, where our servers and service providers are located. By using Intevoke, you consent to the transfer of your data to the United States. For EU/UK users, this transfer is necessary for the performance of the service you have requested.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Intevoke evolves. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via email before they take effect.
